You have the potential to build some good teams, but you will need to put in some time to level and grab some evolution materials

Off the bat I see you have a robin and a buggy, you can evolve buggy and use him as a lead with robin and start building on an int team. Int and Heart teams are two of the strongest so I would suggest you making one regardless. You will have to pick up some pieces to fill in that void an easy addition is to grab a purple dragon and the rest would have to be up to rare recruit.

You can also make a solid Dex team, evolve zoro into Ashura, grab a green dragon, as much as it will suck evo smoker and add hatchi

Also since you do not have a solid team YET you should evo ussop into golden pound ussop (the crab evo) you will need him to fill the last slot on your team until you have enough damage to get through things without taking too many hits.
