Who do you recommend me to level up?

Hi!
I have these characters, who do you recommend me to level up for next events as Monster Chopper and Hina Islands?

Right-o, so for monster chopper I would go:

Ace - captain
DJ Sanji
Kuro
Miss valentine (her special with heavy quick team is probably optimal even with reduction in atk)
GP Usopp (of course)

For Hina you can do a nice slasher group of:
Double mihawk
Asura Zoro
Dancing Jango* (good special for group)
Kuro
GP Usopp

*: Might be better to run tashigi based on luck as jango has pretty awful damage. Just remember that tashigi will need to have double his damage to be superior against hina.

As for who to level up, focus on the quick units I mentioned. From what I have gathered Ace might be the best to level up as his stat gains get better the higher his level (most other characters follow a linear path). After that I would focus on DJ Sanji.

I think that i am going to use a Lion Zoro team vs Monster Chopper because I don´t want to spend gems because gems are very expensives.

Depending on how much you level up your guys you won't need to use gems. Take a look at the calculator in my signature for what sort of level units you will need. But yeah lion song is definitely the safest option, make sure you are with 73+ vivi rather than 72.
