who to level up?

I dont really know who to spend my turtles on.

Currently im running a g3 luffy team and an arlong team. Also im planning on getting mihawk.

If you want to clear mihawk with G3 its important to have alvida smooth. To survive an attack. If you want to clear it with VIVI + Laboon. Lvl Up your Vivi

Yeah, depending on which team you wanna take a crack at, level up the 5* vivi (safest bet) or level up the alvida to 4* (more fun but you might need to buff up your arlong as well).

But 5* vivi lvl 1 + laboon + 4 crabs should be enough to clear mihawk even if it takes quite a while or am I wrong?

You are right but I prefer to offer advice to comps that you don't fall asleep while playing (pretty sure beating 40 stamina mihawk takes like 50+ turns with vivi/laboon). And I feel like I am underestimating the time needed.
