I would have to say the force team, because they deal double damage to Mihawk because he is a technical type. However, even that team might have trouble so you might need to use fruits. P.S, because you evolved your Usop to Sogeking his special will have a longer countdown, making it harder to use his special on Mihawk.

Go with the str team against mihawk and run it with g3 luffy friend, maybe newgate if you are confident in handling your health. Should easily handle 30 stamina with that team but I don't think you can take on the 40 stamina with that damage. Kuroobi is pretty weak.

Edit: Eh actually I guess his attack is alright for this specific boss.
