Help! 30 stamina or 40 stamina Mihawk?

I was lucky enough to pull a g3 luffy and not sure which level of Mihawk I should do? here is what my crew looks like:

-Cpt: g3 luffy 42
-4* alvida 40
-4* arlong 45
-4* blamenco 25
-gp usopp 42
