is it just me or are law skillbooks rarer then whitebeards???
i only got 5 law skillbooks compared to 12 whitebeards
i dont even have whitebeard

i would appreciate the wb books but im not gonna get
him in the near future i guess i hope i can lower laws cooldown 
at least 3 to 4 levels this time
