which level of difficulty drops dancing jango skillbooks the most often? I dont know if it is me been having a bad luck of getting those, or the books are really rare to get

Umm, elite or the one right under it probably have highest chance. Honestly cannot say between which but I know I got one from each of those while clearing all difficulties and did not get any from multiple runs in expert.

If I rember right, it was on the veteran level. Only had the one drop for that version of Jango. Had a lot more of Marine Jango on Elite. I think there's a better chance for the skill book you're after if you fight jango himself. You'll get one eventually!

Lol i dont need one, i need a lot of it to max my dancing django skills which is the only characther left that i have not got his skill maxed yet in this hina event

Ok.. My conclusion:

Nami / full body / PSY django / Mr. 2 manuals best drop @ expert level (40 stamina)

Dancing django best drop @Veteran level (15 stanina ; hina is shaken)
