Friend list/captain

Hi! I've recently created a new account and added a few G3 Luffy friends from this website. I have them on my friend list but they don't appear as friend captains. I've never used them before and I've tried refreshing by restarting the app? Anyone know a reason why this happens?
Btw if you want to add me, I have G3 Luffy as Captain: 832 410 563

thats weird normally you need to fight with a friend captain 
so that  they are not available till they play again.
I would save my game uninstall it and install it again.
i have g3 too i will send you a request.

After you play a session with another Friend Captain he need to restart the Game and you need a lot of luck to see him againg.
