Boa Hancock, Heart attribute?

i've been looking for Boa Hancock as a character and found out that she can only be found during a Sugofest event, but then i searched futher and " heart attribute " came up, and was wondering : is Boa Hancock only available in the Jap version or can she be found as well in the global version? and if she is, what's the Heart attribute?

She will be released (i think) after rayleigh sugofest. So she will be available to pull only within the 24h sugofests after. She is a QCK (blue) fighter, Heart (jap) is PSY in global, so that info is wrong. However her captain ability does boost QCK and PSY units

thank you so much. any ideas when the sugofest is? or when rayleighs`sugofest is? not very precise response is fine too. like " soon " or " in 10 years "
