Regarding lost account Empty Regarding lost account

I had access to my account yesterday on my phone.  went to sleep and woke up and tried to log in and got a message 400 error user not found...
Kinda shitty.  I logged onto my other account (ipad) and saw that my phone was still on my friendslist.

Any suggestions and whatnot will be appreciated
