Wait for the next Sugofest (Supernova 2 + Rayleigh)?

I have a question

a lot of people said, that its better, to wait for the next Sugofest with Rayleigh.

1. Question: Why? Why is it better?
2. Question: Which double chance to get someone, are here (DEX etc..)
3. Should i really spend my gems for the 2. Sugofest?
4. I want: 1. Law 2. Killer 3. G3 4. Rayleigh 5. WB.. so which event is for me better.. 
5. when is this event

1. If you already have many of the v2 strawhats they will *most likely* not be in the increased drop rate pool and it will hopefully be either batch 1 supernovas or whitebeards as the 2nd group (besides 2nd batch of supernovas) with increased drop rate.

2. For dex I guess the big ones would be lion song zoro, izo and law(he will come out with the start of the rate increase).

3. I would suggest using the gems you get for free from facebook event (should be 10 gems) on this upcoming sugo and whatever else you feel like, but save majority for next sugofest with rayleigh.

4. With those characters stated the first sugo is best for you... should've stated that first lol.

5. Upcoming sugofest is on may 19th, 7pm PST.

6. All six stars are added to possible rare recruit pull each sugofest (upon their release, so whitebeard will be available every sugofest and rayleigh for every sugo after his initial release).

So, its better to spend half of my gems to the 1. Sugofest and the other half 2. Sugofest? (at the moment i have 17.. but in 1. sugofest i will have ~ 30 gems cs. 5gems login raw, 5 facebook and 3 daily )

Lol my bad we will have double chance for qck during sugo,is read that one point. Means highest pull chance on killer and then you can also get ace, jozu, kuto and tashigi. Also you should get eight or ten from Facebook event as the prizes for first set of goals stacked with new ones. If you want the v2 straw hats you should use some of your pulls this coming sugo since they are upped then and will most likely not be upped next sugo.
