Hello, I'm new here on the forums and I've been rerolling for a while to try to get a 5* to start the game with (no luck yet so far :/).

I'd appreciate any account that you think would be a decent account for a newbie. Maybe this one?

A reddit thread recommended rerolling for killer although I'm not sure if that advice is outdated by now. 

Is it better to go for an account with multiple 4* characters and evolving them later or an account with 5* characters?

First of all; 5* characters are great to start with, but it is not that important. By using the turltes from the monday-turlte island and the pigs from the key-island, you can easily level up your 4* characters.
So, I would suggest you to not focus on 5*.

Furthermore, I would chose another acc. Killer is ok, but the other 3 chars. can be obtained through story mode.

or something else with balloon luffy would be a much better choice since balloon luffy can be evolved to one of the best units in the game. But that's just my opinion. Decide on your own.

Oh okay, thank you for your input  I have looked at that tier list but I wasn't sure if it was up to date as I didn't see hawkins/killer/etc on there and a reddit thread said to reroll for killer.
