Who to spend turtles on? Empty Who to spend turtles on?

So I have about 20 green turtles, should I level my mihawk to evole him? Or my lion song for monster chopper? I'm not really sure as I tend to use g3 puffy for farming, and lion song levels only make bosses faster?

I advise you to give the Turtles to Mihawk or Zoro Ashura (depends on the Captain you will use) for Hina Isle.
