Just curious on how you guys level up the guy? Evo first then special level or the other way around?

Ciro how many mihawks do you have for special leveling?
Because I only got 7, and I think it wont help that much

I have 20 Mihawk level 20 at the moment ready for the Special Level Up Event and I have already given him 10 not evolved Mihawk and the Special level up to Level 3.
