Wondering which one i should evolve I know I want to evolve my luffys into g3 and g2 but wondering who else I should use or work on getting from rare recruit.

Don't evolve your g2 luffy (you can't use both luffys) just focus on your g3 luffy of those two. After that for a decent g3 luffy team I would suggest:

-Enraged Arlong: current highest atk unit in game so yeah

-Mihawk: (judging from your laboon you are prepping to get him

-Jozu or Ace: Mostly a preference thing here as jozu has more hp while ace has more atk and recovery. Jozu has a decent utility special while Ace's is solid damage.

Whatever specialty units you feel like using for specific events (mr. 2 swan arabesque for current krieg event as an example).

I'm wanting mihawk to also make a slasher team

From a raw damage standpoint double g3 luffy is higher damage but alright with that you could go:

Double mihawk (captain and guest)
-Enraged Arlong
-Asura Zoro
-GP Usopp
-Mr. 3: This would most likely be your "flex" position where you could swap out Mr. 3 and put in whatever slasher is stronger against who you are facing, i.e. kuro/tashigi vs. a str boss, shanks for an INT boss. You could also, if gems aren't an issue for you, try to pull a vista for your final spot as he is a very strong INT slasher.

Possible replacements you can maybe snag from the gacha are vista and shanks on a slasher team. Besides that there really aren't too many alternatives if you wanna go slasher (tashigi works in place of kuro but I would recommend farming him instead imo).
