What to do with Arlongs?

So I've been doing the Arlong Island lately and have managed to pull Three 3* Arlongs. I also already have Two 4* arlongs from pulling during the Sugo Fest. My question is, what should I do with these arlongs to maximize their use? should I just feed them to one of my 4* arlongs or should I use the 3* ones to see if I can get a skill increase and then level them up to use them with my other 4* ones? I'm not sure which I should do?

I would personally just Feed them to one 4* arlong and try and get him as high as possible. Hes the best Force card on the game in Global and one of the best in the JPN version.
Its your game do whatever you think is best. Just what I would do.

if you have em, use em for skill increase since you can only use one.  Its best to just buff that one up as much as possible.
