I'm a bit annoyed i messed up on usopp

Yeah, you should either just power level your usopp up to sogeking or wait for a .5 sta/2x drop on syrup village and try to farm up a new usopp (I know it can be done as I have done it lol). After that with your current setup your best comp is:

Captain - Enraged Arlong
Kuro
Tashigi
Asura Zoro
Usopp - even bad version he is still useful and your other slashers are garbage

For possible other options to aim for would be maybe farm a buggy with the current second event running and swap him for tashigi so you have an int on your team as well.
