Skill books
Hi all,
Still pretty new to the game. Just got a Nami skillbook. What exactly is it? And what should I do with it?

Re: Skill books
Many units have a special ability that you can use over time (do damage, delay units, etc.). A skill book has a chance to lowers the time it takes to use a special for a unit (some think around 13% chance). They also have a very nice exp bonus (5k) for any unit it is given to.
Now, lets say you have a nami book, there are a few things you can do.
1) give it to the same nami that it reflects. This has a 13% chance to lower the time it takes to use nami's special. Also nami gets 5k exp
2) give it to a different char. This has a 0% chance to lower the time it takes. The unit will get 5k exp.
