My pirate lvl is 26 and here is all the characters I have (I don't really how to make a good team with these, any advice thanks)

Luffy (Bazooka) lvl 26
Zoro (Pound Phoenix) lvl 20
Smoker (first one) lvl 37
Sanji ( Plastic Surgery Shot) lvl 9
Usopp (Tabasco Star(yes I know I fucked up on the evolution)) lvl 18
Luffy (Balloon) lvl 8
Mr.5 (3 star) lvl 5
Dancing Django lvl 5
Mr. Prince (4 star) lvl 5
Miss Valentine (10,000 Kilo Guillotine) lvl 5
Impact Usopp lvl 20
Nefertari Vivi lvl 27
Mr.3 (4 star) lvl 5
Nami (3 star) lvl 13

Evolve ya balloon to gear 3 than try to max characters with highest atk.
Zorro, smoker, sanji, gear 3 with the next highest atk should work...
