I was wondering if anyone know how and when to farm Elder grandpa turtles. I got one from a special island once last week when I first started. Have not seen it since. Anyone have any info?

that island was a one time deal. As of right now in the english version the only turtles you can get are baby turtles and teenage turtles. and the best way to get them is from the buggy special island on Elite.
