Switch zoro for buggy. Level up Kuro to atleast 40. Keep using trash on buggy and get him to 35ish. Make sure you have usopp special before you fight arlong and use it immediately. You should be able to kill him before he even gets a chance to hit you or just make sure you have more than 7,400 HP and you should be fine. You just have to make sure you attack coordinately (weakest to strongest, less effective to most effective) and land perfect as many as you can.

Also, you might want to work on your arlong to atleast level 60 to get ready for mihawk challenge. After you start getting the hang of expert arlong, you might want to focus on leveling your alvida to 40ish and also evolve luffy and get him to 50ish. It's a lot of work but all this can be done within 1-2 weeks. And since arm point chopper is your only force character left, you might want to focus on him last to level 30-40ish. Once this is done, you just might be able to beat 40stamina mihawk with a level 70+ 2nd gear luffy friend captain.

You can do the 30 expert run with what you got but it will be rough and you got to be good with perfect chain. First drop your zoro and replace it with Alvida, then guess what you will want your friend lead to be gear 3 Luffy. Order of attack. G3 Luffy, then usopp, then Alvida, then Arlong, tashgi, and Kuro to finish. You must get 3 perfect chain in a row from your first 4 characters.

When you get to Arlong. Use Alvida first take the first hit, then use usopp. In all this will give you 6 turns to kill him. That's more than enough given you can trigger gear 3 Luffy leader skill with perfect chain attacks. Might take some practice in the zero stam zone.

I done it with straight slasher team but then I got both tashgi and kuro in the 70s, and I save matching orb for them going in the first round.

Do whatever you do until you reach boss
Note: Make sure you have ABOVE 7400 HP BEFORE he attacks you.
Use Usopp's hammer AFTER he attacks you once (he'll have a larger cooldown)
Use weakest to strongest units (probably your QCK is your strongest during Arlong)
Try to always get perfect combos
Try to wait and use specials whenever you have best orb, if you can't get them just use your specials.
If your pretty good at getting perfect combos, try using G3 Luffy as friend captain.
