Hi

I don`t know what to power up?
I have:
45 lvl Diable Jambe Flame Sanji
49 lvl Veau Shot Mr.Prince (Sanji)
46 lvl Kuro of a Hundred Plans
35 lvl Navy HQ Ensign Tashigi
35 lvl 10.000 Kilo Guillotine Miss Valentine

I wanna power up 1 or 2 of these characters. It has to be characters that i will use now and in the future, not just for current events.

Use Kuro and Tashigi to get Arlong. Level him then.

I would say it depends on what kind of teams u're running... certainly kuro would be a good choice for slasher teams. Veau shot is a good captain and worth leveling up anyway, just to get better stats...
