Kaku/coby skill + red marine socket bugged

It appears that they are now only boosting the damage of matched orbs, while im sure it used to boost 1.5x attack of all the crews regardless of the orbs..

Anyone else notices it?

And also the red marines socket can not be powered up using the un-evolved red marines, and it annoys me a lot as im planing to use it for the next upcoming fortnight isle..

There is no little mark-thing on the top right corner of the power up material even tho they are the same character
