Straw hat version 2 Sanji

Ok on his captain ability it says "Score 2 Perfects in a row to boost character's ATK by 2.5." Now unlike Gearthird Luffy's captain ability which says if you score three perfects in a row you gain 3.5 Atk for all characters. This is kinda odd does version 2 Sanji only increase the character itself or four characters like Luffy's captain ability?
