Accidentally Deleted the App Empty Accidentally Deleted the App

So I accidentally deleted the app when cleaning up my iphone, and now I lost everything. I was hoping someone could help me out in figuring how to get it all back if I can. I still remember my account number but I doubt that'll help at all.

I don't think it is possible to recover your account unless you did the change device option. Sorry for your loss.
