May I ask why the heaviest hitters weren't saved for the last hit each turn?
Strategy works though. I don't have Chopper or Smoker, and my Arlong is not evolved. What units do you think I could substitute for Arlong and/or Chopper?

So many wild strategy. I actually beat it 2nd try with zoro team with usopp and smoker. 1st try I try to save usopp for Kuro and got to the last stage with no health left. Fail! Then I used usopp special on the trash stage before Kuro right before their attack. Worked out perfect. I manage to kill all but one before they hit me. I go into Kuro with nearly full health like 22k plus he had no chance with smoker still being active. That's how I got through it, and I am sure there's many many more set up that work just as well.

I beat it best with Double Ashura Zoro captains with evolved Smoker, evolved Hachi, Zeff, and evolved Jangles. All ~30 level.
