About a friend's question for japan

Hello one of my friends started optc japan and had one question. How can he get the promo characters if there are any remaining? I want if it's possible to write the procedure in details because neither me or him know japanese sorry. Thanks for everything fellow optc gamers

ok well any "Promo" codes that are in the world of OPTC are all gone sadly but once there are new promo codes you have to go to this Site: http://news.onepiece-tc.jp/serial_campaigns and put in the code with your japan ID. P.S. (This only works in japan OPTC currently) hope it helps
