SW Shanks is a really good PSY leader, but for story I would use a rainbow team
As a freedom leader, Sabo is for that really good

Also with SW Franky you got a really strong orb booster for freedom units, other units for freedom team could be Koala and Gear 2 Luffy

For the moment, Vergo would also a really good lead with 2.5x ATK for Striker, but you dont have any other good strikers...

But at all, first you should get some levels up (what I think you had already done...)
