Team Advise - Newbie

Hi guys, need some help with building a team. Have been using my slasher team for a while now. Are there any better alternatives? Thanks.
Sorry Shanks and Usopp Golden Pound is blocked by the 60/60. My current line up is Arlong (captain), Shanks, Usopp Golden Pound, Jozu and Zoro Asura.
Just to add on, I just rolled a Marco. If that makes any difference!
