Looks like a good quick unit, does anyone have any idea on if his/her (see what i did there?) special is worth leveling up? Or is it just a time to save some fruits?

well i will not lvl up his special
but that special has a low cooldown to begin with compared to other raidbosses 
the special seems useful in rainbow teams but i would only use it with a orb swapper in the crew

but no matter how hard i think about it  i cant think of any Situation where i need his special 
for storymode you dont need any special
for fortnight you will form a crew against the boss weakness
same for raidbosses i would save my gems

I'm not sure, if I level up his special
with 17 turns it has already a low special and it isn't seen often in battles...

there are only reason why you could max this special
1) it is also at the same time double skill up event, so if you later want a max special, now is the easiest way...
2) you want all raidbosses with max special, so you need this one too
I dont see any other reasons to max the special...
