Depends, pound phoenix can evolve to ashura zoro and SWS can evolve to lions song (or you could keep it as SWS for fighting against strength raid bosses).
Also, it depends on the units you have to accompany them.

Depends on island. If you have VIVI friends, use lion song zoro with them for a zombie tank team.
Otherwise, try to pair ashura zoro with other ashura zoro for high health and decent damage.
They are both good in their own ways
