Which legend do you guys think is the best?

There is no best legend bro every character in the game has weakness and strengths that's why it's a strategy game. Creating tiers and saying this one is better e.t.c takes all the fun away but seriously i think all legends are great that's why they are all rare.

I think also, that all legends are super, so to do a list is difficult...
Whitebeard is really strong and does extreme damage, but I dont like his 30%
Rayleigh isnt so strong but really easy to play
and so on...
for me, I really like Rayleigh and Log Luffy, but also SW Shanks, SW Ace (with the right team), Whitebeard and Marco, they are all interesting  for me...
