Mail bug? Empty Mail bug?

Just a question about mail system
So I received 2 mails for 2 gems and 5 turtles
My inventory was full opened one and got nothing no gem or turtles
So I sold some and open second one and got 2 gems and 5 turtles
Question is that bugged or maybe first time I open didn't get it and it sent me another mail?

Right guys i have the same question:
We must receive 10 turtle and 4 gems or only 2 gems + 5 turtle??
