For those with experience in the Japanese version. Does the extra island levels, specifically sea horse, crab, penguin, etc, ever get a 2x drop rate event?

Good question, but seeing all the daily event is listed as rookie version I would think there's room to grow. However how nice and generous a game willing to be is a different story.
