Lots of crew members, no direction

Here's my crew member box. I've gotten really fortunate during my last 2 sugofests. It takes me forever it seems like to build up character levels, but I'm ready to focus on 1 team specifically and I want to know where I should focus. I was thinking maybe an INT team? I don't know. I've been using a slasher team, with mixed results. 

I'm not a pro at this game by any means, but I'd really like to get a great team going.. where should I focus my efforts on?

Well INT is clearly your strongest colour.

Robin
Moria or Hawkins or Mr 3

Got the makings of a good Psy team if you can get Garp and Coby v2 too.

Could make a slasher team with Mihawk if you get him.

Really stunned that you haven't got the likes of Alvida and Franky from isles events.

Get that G3 lvled up in preparation of Mihawk if you can.

Pick a team something like

G3
Arlong
Kuma
Usopp
Blamenco

G3 friend

Should give you a good shot at Mihawk.

As for trying to beat Chopper and Garp - guess you could try and farm a Laboon or power up that Vivi and get some friends who you can use the Laboon/Pell/Tank Zoro strategies.
