10000 Friend points

Just like Sugofests are the best time to use rainbow gems, when is the best time to use 10000 friend points? I notice that turtles are dropping from friend points for 3 more days, but is there a better time to use all 10000 friend points in one shot?

yes there is also times when they drop skillbooks.
but i would spend it on turtles now until a event like that appears you easily have full points again.
