Cotton candy

havent really had time to farm it, in fact i still dont have my vista skill maxed yet :p
So i wanna ask whats the drop chance of cotton candy? Is it rare or something like extra ordinarily rare?
Because i see razorblaze or w/e his name now already have +100 stats boosted (+50 attk +50hp) for his reylight. Some high up lvl players that have him as a friend knows whos im talkin about
That guy is a monster lol.. Was neck to neck with me as the highest lvl player in global and now he ditched me with 100+ lvl differences :p
