I really need a rainbow crab to evolve Balloon luffy into 3rd Gear Luffy.

Tried over 10 runs last week - no drop.

Are Friday crab event the only opportunity for a drop?

Also what's the chances? I really don't want to miss out again.

Gotta be pretty high. I got 3 last week alone and I didn't even complete it that many times.
