hi. where i can find correct information about yellow turtle? official page and http://cyung.github.io/optc/event.html are different 1 hour, so i dont know which one right. thank you.

The 1 hour different most likely has to do with your time zone, seeing as the official page (I assume you mean BLOG) is in PST, and Cyung.github.io adjust the time to your timezone.
I could be wrong though.
