No its just one is posted in the english version of account trades,giveaways,etc. The other post (this one) is posted in the japenese section of account trades, giveaways, etc.

Nope there were a few long time ago, but at the moment i haven't seen a high level account to trade. Best option would be to go with a rerolled one with some nice starting chars.
