IMO, the best Rolls are Ace & Shanks, then 4* Arlong ATM. Nico Robin will be up there in top Rolls once she's released also.

The only characters in Global that can only be obtained by the Gatcha are Ace & Shanks and soon Nico Robin. I'd suggest to keep rolling till you get one of those.

As a ViVi user i love using her as a captain early on since you can easly use her heal to farm anything without having to worry about dieing to anything easly besides the 10k dmg attacks if you evolve your vivi into princess viv she maxes healing around 2.5k so have fun not dieing
