How to recover my account

Right i used to have a andriod s4 and i played one piece for a while. I am like level 32 And bought some gems to acquire some good units ie luffy arlong zoro vista marco law ussop etc but my andriod phone broke and im currently using an iphone 5. Now question is how do i get my account back? I spent quite alot time and money and i still have my name and accpunt id number so please help me
