The JPN doesn't have any multiplayer features... and as to my knowledge I do not believe they are planing to implement it...

There are some social features that utilizies friends within a 5km radius of you. Prizes include Friend Points, Keys and more

I believe that is what they meant. Is that social feature coming to the non JPN game? I would love to be able to do it.

Hmm... not sure I like the idea of friends within 5km radius.
I wonder how many ppl are actually playing around where I am. Feels like I'd miss out on some goodies.

If there isn't anyone around your area that you can find once that feature comes out, you can always emulate a second account on your computer, or simply use another device with a different account to use the feature with.
