Character Box Bug

Hi,

I have a strange bug. Today, while I was leveling up a character, my connection slowed down and it appeared "try connection ecc ecc".
After that,
on my character box there is a "3" like I have 3 new characters...but I don't have anyone new!

Now there is this "3" and i can't let it go away..becaure i have no new characters of wich see details

(sorry for my terrible english)

Anyone have a fix?
