Alvida (event isles) gems

hi guys, today is released the Alvida event isles, here is the 10 stamina ( rookie ) 15 stamina ( veteran ) and 15 stamina ( elite ).
I thought as to bugy event, at least the first time you won one received a gem ,but today nothing, not even the elite event , I asked my friend if he appeared gems and told me that only in the elite event can win it ,
Now I wanted to ask if this has happened to you and if it is a mistake of my game or is normal

I got a gem in the rookie level but I had cleared the other two difficulties first. I believe you need to clear all 3 to get the gem with it available on the last stage you beat.
