I have a lvl 40 lion song zoro and it's said that a lvl 73+ vivi is needed to pull off the spamming of monster chopper so basically what other crew members can I run with this set up?

You can run Every crew member you like in a lion song/vivi crew. You only need specific characters in a laboon/vivi crew. 
But should have diable jambe sanji with you because of his special for the fourth stage since they will lock your characters if you don't mamage to defeat them. Also you should take your best quick characters with you, who can help you to clear him faster. Oh and you won't need golden pound in that crew.
