I use 4x Slashers of each color & 4* Usoop.
Best method of farming arlong HttjFMi

Also I use my Friends that have 4* Arlong

IMO, since you have a wide arrange of enemies of all colors its best to diversify your squad w/ different colors.

Usoop & a Healer like Sanji should make beating him a cake walk. I just farm 7-14 as its 7 stages and he's by himself unlike 7-15 which has 2 other mini-bosses.
