My Japanese game is tweaking

I got the Japanese version on my phone (LG) and it has been working well until right now. When ever I open the app, as soon as it gets to the screen with Sanji's wanted poster, a pop up notification comes and when you click it, it directs you to the Google play store. Help please.
Also I'm wondering what are the other ways to get the Japanese version on IOS because the I tunes way doesn't work because there isn't non credit card option anymore. i have a jail broken iPad btw
