Morgan Skill up??? Empty Morgan Skill up???

Due to morgan fortnight, I got around 15 skillbook and 20 Morgan. I used all to level Escapee Morgan. It got level to 44 but it skill did not increase . How many skillbooks or Morgan do i need to get some skill up?

Marine captain Morgan characters wont level up the skill level of Jail break Morgan due to them having different specials. As for the skill books its sounds like you just got unlucky, you could always try waiting for skill rate success events to happen again before using up all your skillbooks.
