Which account should I use?

Buggy 4* + Vista 4* + Zoro 3* (3000 worlds)

or

Nami (tornado 4*) + Vista 5*

All the levels are around 5-20.

Vista 5* and Nami (Tornado 4*) since Vista is 5* saves the trouble of leveling and getting the evolve materials for it.

I would also go for the one with vista 5*, because the rest of the characters are farmable or you will get them playing in the story and like kazpaz93 said you don't need to level him up

For me it is a hard choice. Int crews are unbeatable, but it is easier to build a quick crew.
(I would go with Vista), but it is up to you and you should wait what others say (like pank, because he is always reliable).

If you can get all the right int characters you can make insane damage, but the problem is you need to pull them like robin or towel nami

With ace you have a very good quick lead and you can build a nice crew around him with the next fortnight island's hina, sanji,kuro,tashigi,etc. (all farmable)

Ace = Makes a great team quickly with other farmable units. <Quicker to build a team
Vista = Makes a great team, but you would have roll for other great units. <Takes Longer

Honestly it depends on you now, they are both awesome!
